How you can be part of We Are Wake

The CARE 101 training includes a 1.5-hour in-person training session, a 1-hour online training session (asynchronous) and access to a workbook with resources and opportunities to reflect and engage in supporting your mental health and those of others in the Wake Forest community.

If you are interested in learning more about the We Are Wake initiative, check out this brief presentation about the initiative.

In Fall 2024, WE will host student training opportunities. Check back here in the Fall for available dates.

If you are interested in participating in CARE 101 Training, please complete this form. Someone will reach out to you with information regarding training opportunities. Please feel free to share this sign-up information with anyone. The more students who participate, the more progress we make in elevating our consciousness of care.

If you are interested in being a facilitator and providing CARE 101 training sessions, please complete this form. Beginning in Fall 2023, all student facilitators of CARE 101 will need to complete a Peer Educator Certification course.
